Speedo's competitors were gaining market share because of it's fractured and uninspired brand image that was no longer connected to its rich heritage. The brand's heritage is deeply rooted in competitive swimming, and more Olympic gold medals have been won in Speedo than any other brand. Our task was to revitalize the brand by making it more relevant and true to its heritage.
To do this we brought consistency to their branding and reimagined brand imagery to be bold, iconic and memorable. The result was a more energetic and aspirational expression of the Speedo brand which resonated with consumers translating into higher sales.
